Students often have many questions on how to handle salary discussions during the interview process and each situation is unique. Two articles in a recent issue of the Graduating Engineer & Computer Careers Magazine (a Career Recruitment Media Publication) provide a good introduction to Salary Negotiation and Employee Benefits.
