Enrollment Information



Summer 2012 Enrollment: 

Continuing student enrollment runs until the day before classes begin. The first day of class for the summer semester is June 5, 2012. Late enrollment begins on June 5. Enrollment may be completed online in Enroll and Pay until the 5th day of class. Late fees apply to enrollment after June 5. Visit the Registrar's website find a fee and late enrollment schedule.

Off-line late enrollment begins after the 5th day of class, Tuesday, June 12. After June 12, you must register for classes with a Late Enrollment form, which may be obtained from the Dean’s Office, 1 Eaton Hall or Graduate Student Services Office, 2011 Eaton Hall. Questions about enrollment procedures may be directed to the Registrar’s Office at (785) 864-4423.

Note that incoming students for the fall semester will receive enrollment advice at their departmental orientation session on August 14. Students who do not have an individual departmental orientation session, or who are unable to attend orientation should contact their departmental graduate adviser to receive enrollment advice before classes begin.  

Future Enrollment:

If you do not plan to enroll this semester but plan to do so in future semesters, you will need to contact your department or program assistant about completing a Leave of Absence. 

Domestic and international student forms are available on the Graduate Studies Website under “Progress to Degree Forms.” Once this form is approved, you may follow the enrollment steps above.
