PhD
The Doctor of Philosophy program in Mechanical/Biomechanical Engineering is a traditional Doctoral program that requires candidates to successfully demonstrate their abilities in a broad spectrum of advanced mechanical and biomechanical technologies, as well as conduct original research. To complete this program, candidates must successfully complete course and research requirements, pass both a Qualifying and a Comprehensive Exam, and prepare and defend a dissertation.
MS
The Master of Science Program requires a minimum of 30 hours of graduate work, including six hours in the satisfactory completion of a thesis. The thesis must be orally defended before the student's Masters Committee, the other department faculty, and invited guests.
Undergrad
